  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle once the refund is processed

4. Refunds After the 14-Day Period

After the 14-day cancellation period expires, refunds are provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. We consider:

  • Technical issues preventing use of the Service
  • Service not functioning as described
  • Extenuating circumstances
